Consequence Of Sound report that Christine McVie is rejoining Fleetwood Mac 15 years after she left the band. During a concert in Maui, Hawaii on Saturday, Mick Fleetwood announced: "This is the worst kept secret there is, but Christine McVie will be rejoining Fleetwood Mac." The news follows McVie’s one-off reunion with the band during their London dates last September, having left following the band’s 1997 live album The Dance and their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame the year after. She told The Guardian, following the concerts at The O2: "I like being with the band, the whole idea of playing music with them. I miss them all. If they were to ask me I would probably be very delighted… but it hasn’t happened so we’ll have to wait and see.”
