CAMP Mountain Music Festival has announced a second wave of artists who will perform at the debut edition of the event this September.
The acts added include WANDA GROUP, dj. flugvél og geimskip, Les Halles and Bambooman. They join acts like 9T Antiope, Black Zone Myth Chant, Core of the Coalman, Eric Chenaux, Heather Leigh, Kelly Jayne Jones, L’Ocelle Mare, Ossia, Peter Rehberg, Philip Jeck and Tim Shaw at the festival organised by CAMP, a residential arts school in the French Pyrenees.
Located in Aulus les Bains, a French village covered in snow-capped peaks, forests and glacial streams, CAMP Mountain Music Festival is a small affair, with only 150 tickets available. The performances will take place in one of three venues – the village church, the old school and the CAMP itself. Over the course of the three-day festival, there will be workshops, film screenings, lectures, installations, experiments, sound walks, hiking, river-swimming and partying alongside the performances.
Visitors to the festival can choose to camp for free in the Parc national des Pyrénées or rent a campsite, apartment, house or gite nearby. Food trucks and other local vendors will supply regional dishes to the festival.
The festival runs from September 13-15. For more information and to book a ticket, check out the CAMP Mountain Music Festival website here.
