Ahead of the release next week of the first Cabaret Voltaire album since 1994, Richard H Kirk has unveiled a new track from the album called ‘What’s Goin’ On.
It’s the third song to be shared from Shadow Of Fear, following on from the release in August of ‘Vasto’ alongside the album’s initial announcement. You can listen to ‘What’s Goin’ On’ above.
Shadow Of Fear is the first full-length Cabaret Voltaire record produced with Richard H Kirk as the sole member of the project. The genesis of the new album is said to have come from the 2014 edition of Berlin Atonal when Kirk first played live solo as Cabaret Voltaire.
Mute will release Shadow Of Fear on November 20, 2020.
