Speaking to the Quietus, Vikernes revealed that hearing the repetitive droning of 10,000 vuvuzelas on TV gave him Norwegian wood in his secret hideout somewhere in the verdant summer fields of the Scandinavian peninsula.
The track, called ‘Vuvuzela’ is described by Vikernes as "a 70-minute Odinistic drone played on the vuvuzela, the kora, the oud, the marimba and many other pure caucasian instruments."
