British Murder Boys Play Fabric, Release Tape

British Murder Boys are to play their first gig since tQ’s 10th Anniversary Rave last year at fabric this month.

The duo, comprised of Regis and Surgeon, hit the London club on October 24 for a rare live set. They’ll be supported by Samuel Kerridge and Taylor Burch’s collaboration The Other, a live AV project featuring Daisy Dickinson, and Faux Naif.

On the night, BMB will also give away 150 copies of a limited edition cassette album called Receiving The Law. This was recorded at their residency at the Willem Twee Studios earlier this year – but obvs it isn’t twee at all, and features a markedly different sonic palette from what you might expect. Piano, sordid mutterings, Regis channelling Jhon Balance, David Tibet and Marc Almond all at once feature, along with a cover of Lou Reed’s ‘Real Good Time Together’. You can get tickets for the show here.
