Boiler Room has announced the line-up for its first-ever festival in London.
Set to take place at venues around Peckham next month, the line-up has been split into four genre categories across each day: jazz, rap, bass and club.
Day one’s jazz line-up will take in Peckham scene favourite Bradley Zero as well as appearances from Greentea Peng, Brilliant Corners affiliate Donna Leake and Debora Ipekel amongst others. The following day, devoted to rap, will host D Double E, Jammer, DJ Amy Becker and more.
The bass showcase will feature legendary reggae sound system Aba Shanti-I as well as leading dubstep and UK garage figures such as Horsepower Productions, Slimzee and Youngsta. Finally, the club-focused line-up will take in sets from Blawan, SPFDJ, DJ Stingray, Brazil’s Cashu, rising selector Sherelle and representatives of Berlin queer femme collective Room 4 Resistance.
The festival will run from October 9-12 with venues around Peckham as its focus, though other London venues involved in the festival are still TBA. Boiler Room will broadcast the festival online. For more information, head here.
