Music, science and culture festival Bluedot rounds out its fourth edition by announcing New Order and Hot Chip who will headline the Sunday and Friday nights respectively, with the mighty Kraftwerk topping Saturday’s bill. Other acts playing include Jon Hopkins and Omar Souleyman, alongside West Africa’s first all-female musical collective Les Amazones d’Afrique.
A science and culture programme, which centres around the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, will run alongside the music. Key speakers include prominent science broadcaster Liz Bonnin and women’s rights writer and activist Dr Helen Pankhurst. The Clangers will even make an appearance.
