Blanck Mass has a new album on the way.
Titled In Fernaux, the album is comprised of two long-form pieces which see Benjamin John Power putting to use an extensive archive of field recordings captured over the last decade on his global travels. You can listen to an excerpt of one of the album’s two pieces, ‘Starstuff’, above.
In Fernaux follows on from Blanck Mass’ 2019 album Animation Violence Mild as well as his very first film score, released last year, for the feature Calm With Horses.
Sacred Bones will release In Fernaux on February 26, 2020.
