black midi have remixed Battles for the latter’s forthcoming Juice B Mixed EP.
Due out next month on Warp Records, Juice B Mixed sees Battles invite black midi, Shed, Delroy Edwards and DJ Nigga Fox to remix elements of their 2019 album Juice B Crypts, rather than simply picking one song from the album to rework. You can listen to black midi’s remix, by the band’s Cameron and Morgan (credited in this instance as DJ Dairy & DJ Orient), above.
Warp Records will release Juice B Mixed on November 20, 2020.
