Björk has cancelled a series of upcoming tour and festival dates due to a “scheduling conflict” with appearances at La Route De Rock in Saint-Malo, France (August 15), Pitchfork Music Festival Paris (October 30) and the Iceland Airwaves festival (November 4-7) all removed from her touring schedule as of today.
An official statement from Björk’s representatives reads as follows:
“Due to a scheduling conflict beyond our control, Björk is not going to be able to play the summer and autumn tour as planned. Björk had been really looking forward to the concerts and we will work on rescheduling the cancelled dates as soon as possible.”
Pitchfork have made tickets for the October 30 event refundable due to the cancellation. Bjork was set to take a headline slot at the two-dayer among sets from the likes of Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Battles, Spiritualised and Run The Jewels.
