Berlin Atonal will return for its first edition since 2019 later this year.
The festival’s return edition will see it take place across an expanded 11 days in September, with programming set to be split across two full weekends, as well as the weekdays in between them. Additionally, the event will now be biennial, with the edition after set to take place in 2025.
As with previous editions, the bulk of this year’s Berlin Atonal programming will make use of the full Kraftwerk Berlin complex. Full lineup details will be released in July, while tickets are currently on sale across three categories, allowing people to buy a full pass, or a pass to cover each weekend.
While this marks Berlin Atonal’s first edition since 2019, the organisers of the festival put together a three-day event in Berlin last November to celebrate 100 years since the birth of composer Iannis Xenakis.
Berlin Atonal will take place from September 7 to 17, 2023. Find more information here.
