Some genius has taken the music of Death Grips and given it an elevator muzak spin.
As FACT points out, with the use of Microsoft Songsmith, a computer program devised by the company that allows users to match music to prerecorded vocals, one user of Death Grips’ Reddit page has given us Elevator Grips. By feeding MC Ride’s vocals into the program, Microsoft Songsmith has given us something quite far from Death Grips’ own material. The results are certainly interesting.
