Batu is launching a new sister label to his Timedance imprint, called A Long Strange Dream.
Taking its name from the bi-monthly radio show that he presents on NTS, the label is described by Batu as a "new no-fuss imprint for me to throw out music I’m making in a variety of styles." Its inaugural release, a five-track EP called For Spirits, will cover elements of techno, UK bass music and ambient. You can listen to lead cut ‘Traverse’ just below.
A Long Strange Dream will release Spirits on May 26, 2023.
