Batu is releasing a new EP through his own Timedance label.
Comprised of four tracks, I Own Your Energy is said to be "crafted for rave efficiency," with a press release saying it features "some of his hardest tracks to date." The record marks the UK producer’s first full release on the label since 2019’s False Reeds 12-inch, and comes off the back of a contribution to Timedance’s 2020 compilation Sharpen, Moving, which placed highly among tQ’s favourite reissues, compilations, mixes etc of last year. Timedance will release I Own Your Energy on November 12, 2021.
