Battles have shared two new tracks that are set to feature on their forthcoming album, Juice B Crypts. You can hear them above.
The two tracks, titled ‘A Loop So Nice…’ and ‘They Played it Twice’, appear side-by-side on the album with the latter featuring American artist Xenia Rubiños. The two tracks follow on from ‘Titanium 2 Step’, the album’s lead song which featured Liquid Liquid’s Sal Principato.
Juice B Crypts is Battles’ first album with their revised line-up of Ian Williams and John Stanier. The record features guest appearances from Taipei-based psychedelic band Prairie WWWW, Yes vocalist Jon Anderson, tUnE-yArDs and Shabazz Palaces, amongst others.
Warp Records will release Juice B Crypts on October 18.
