ATP have just announced that Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Grizzly Bear will be headlining and curating this year’s I’ll Be Your Mirror festival, held May 4-5 at Alexandra Palace in London.
Following the release of their newly-announced album Mosquito, which is due on April 15, they’ll be joined by the indisputably ace Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, along with Black Lips, Anika, The Field, Dirty Beaches, King Khan And The Shrines and The Bad Seeds’ Mick Harvey, playing a set of songs in tribute to Serge Gainsbourg, on Saturday 4 May.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs will be preceding the ATP show with a couple of other UK sets, playing Manchester’s O2 Apollo on Wednesday 1 May and the O2 Academy in Leeds on Thursday 2 May.
Grizzly Bear’s Sunday 5 May line-up currently has as confirmed: Van Dyke Parks, The Walkmen, Tortoise, Real Estate, I Break Horses and Cass McCombs.
