On August 25, Archie Bronson Outfit will be releasing their next single from this year’s Wild Crush album, ‘In White Relief’, the "ramshackle stomp [with] an air of Salvation Army piety about it", as tQ’s Kevin Mccaighy described it. We’ve previously heard Carter Tutti giving the track a remix and now we’ve got a first listen to Bo Ningen, London’s premier purveyors of acid rock wigouts, presenting their own version of the song for the third track on the single. That martial drumming aspect forms the basis for their cover, which moves from sax-laced flanks of ricocheting guitars to sudden bursts of the band unleashing the hyperspace-troubling full power of Taigen Kawabe and Mon-Chan’s rhythmic engine room.
