It’s out next Monday, May 6, and its B-side is ‘Dead Duck Dub’, a dub mix by the label’s founder Dan Carey and Alexis Smith, marking the first of what may be the label’s A-side: track/B-side: dub remix calling card. It’s an excellent reworking, jolting the drums and bass into a jerky skank, with Sam Windett’s vocal springing forward from a reverby hinterland and collapsing into an echoing flurry – have a listen below:
