An anthology of jazz recordings by The Rolling Stones’ late drummer Charlie Watts is set to be released in June.

Anthology spans 20 years of recordings by Watts, including collaborations with double-bassist Dave Green and saxophonists Peter King, Evan Parker and Courtney Pine. It will be released digitally, as well as in 4xLP and 2xCD editions. Listen to one of the featured recordings, ‘Ain’t Nobody Minding Your Store (Live At Swindon Arts Centre, Swindon, 1978)’, above.

Watts passed away in August 2021 at the age of 80, following 60 years as part of The Rolling Stones.

BMG will release Anthology on June 30, 2023.
