Animal Collective have released their soundtrack for the documentary Jetty.
Produced by band members Deakin and Geologist, the 15-track score collects various ambient pieces and field recordings. It follows Deakin and Geologist’s soundtrack for 2021 documentary Crestone, while all four members of Animal Collective also soundtracked 2022 film The Inspection.
Jetty follows the reconstruction of New York’s Rockaway Beach after its destruction by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. The film is available to stream online here.
