Erasure’s Andy Bell has shared a new collaboration with Debbie Harry, called ‘Heart’s A Liar’.

The song is set to feature on Bell’s forthcoming solo album, Ten Crowns, and follows the release last month of another album cut, ‘Dance For Mercy’. The collaboration with Harry is Bell’s rewrite of a track by English-Italian singer-songwriter Luciana, and it comes after Bell previously sang about Harry on a track in 2010.

In a statement, Bell said: “To have Debbie Harry singing with me, you know, I still can’t quite believe it. Debbie gives it this gravitas and this coquettishness, but she’s still very in command. And she recorded her vocals in the studio on Gay Pride, which I thought when I heard it, ‘Oh, trust her!'”

Crown Recordings will release Ten Crowns on May 2, 2025.
