WATCH: Alexander Tucker’s Montag Video

The Grumbling Fur man revisits childhood haunts with an old camera to make new film

Alexander Tucker has released a video for his track ‘Montag’ ahead of the London launch of his album Guild Of The Asbestos Weavers, which takes place at The Social tomorrow night.

The promo was made by Tucker, filmed close to his childhood home at Dungeness using an obsolete digital video camera. The video was realised by close collaborator Mark Titchner, the Turner Prize nominated artist.

He will be playing tracks from his excellent new album tomorrow night and the evening also includes a full playback of David Bowie’s Low, a DJ set by Paper Dollhouse and support from Gentle Stranger and Karl D’Silva.
