I was a teenager when I discovered it. I was just like, wow: this is literally the most feminine, cosmic, incredible jazz stuff I’ve ever heard. It felt like if I wanted to literally expand my consciousness or get in a really creative mood, I could put that record on. I have it on vinyl too, I constantly replay it.
