3. Weird Al Yankovic – Mandatory Fun

I am huge fan of Weird Al and his oeuvre… Actually, I’ve never heard him play the oeuvre, but I do know that he’s a very good accordion player and his songs are really funny. I’ve been a Weird Al fan since the beginning, back to the days of ‘My Bologna’ and ‘Eat It’, but I think that Mandatory Fun is his most accomplished work to date, as well as his most recent. And believe you me, as someone in showbiz, I know how important it is to plug your latest work. Someday, I’m hoping Weird Al will let me make music with him… or at least teach me how to play accordion. That is one very funny instrument.
