There lots of songs about rainbows I could mention here, and I love them all… even if I still don’t know why there are so many of them. But when I need an anthem to really start me up, to make me believe in myself, this is my go-to song. Steve Perry’s vocals are so perfect and the lyrics so inspiring; this song gives me confidence every single time I listen, particularly when everything seems to be spinning out of control – which happens quite frequently with the Muppets. A great song. I love the way they used it at the end of The Sopranos… even though I’m still confused about what exactly happened at the end. Anybody out there know?
