9. Fela Kuti‘Water No Get Enemy’

I remember first learning about Fela Kuti, I loved it, and water is a huge thing for me. A lot of people are like, wait, are you American? And I’m like, yeah. I’m just so weird. My name, Sudan Archives, is so nerdy, and people are like, you’re not even Sudanese. I’m like, I know, girl. I know. I’m from Ohio. I love where I’m from. But sometimes I think I should have just named myself Green or something, something so vague that you can’t nitpick it.
