Artists discuss the 13 records that shaped their lives

12. Bicep‘Opal (Four Tet Remix)’

Ok, now what about some end-of-night emo business? This is Four Tet’s remix of ‘Opal’ by Bicep and it is an absolute killer at the right moment. This might well be the kind of thing that people would not expect us to play but it’s perfect for an end of night type moment, which we’ve certainly had our share of over the years. Plus it brings us right up to date venue-wise as well as this is a huge Phonox record. It really reminds me of our dancefloor in Brixton and I know our crowd loves it as much as I do.
