11. Rex The Dog‘Vortex’
Now what about something from the pumpier end of the A Love From Outer Space spectrum as we’re getting to the end of the list? Andrew played this at Convenanza, the festival that [promoter] Bernie Fabre and his team set up in Carcassonne in the south of France back in 2013 and which was inspired by the music of Andrew Weatherall. The festival has continued to turn listeners into believers ever since and I dearly love playing there every year. Like A Love From Outer Space it continues in tribute but also in celebration of the music that Andrew shared with us.
