12. Tenores de OniferiPolyphonic Singing From Sardinia

I’ve been listening to Sardinian polyphony since I was in school in Chicago in my early twenties. I had a friend at the time who did sing with a Sardinian group. I just think it’s really very interesting arranging of harmonies and simultaneous harmonies and also the affectation of the texture of the voice which allows several voices to sound like one. That music is really fascinating and beautiful to me as well.
