He was a 19 year old classical phenom who  played these excruciatingly difficult pieces with such ease. I think I read somewhere he had a nervous breakdown. I used these as a means of practicing my viola techniques in school, far too complicated but it pushed me into unknown territory for the viola, something I would later use and abuse in my quest for breaking everything around me!
