I always come back to this, too. Why? For those cinematic harmonies. For songs that are what I call real toe-tappers. There’s real loveliness in this music, very tenderly sung and put together. ‘Take Problems’, about being young, written by the Bryants – Felice and Boudleaux, the husband-and-wife team that wrote ‘All I Have To Do Is Dream’ too. "You can solve my problems with a love that’s true" – how beautiful is that? Songs so simply constructed but full of weight and love. Plus that kindred spirit in the harmonies. It’s family again, basically, isn’t it? That’s all me!
