9. Tom Tom ClubTom Tom Club

It’s so playful and a little bit funky, but kind of soft also. They sounded very fresh to me and they still do. I don’t actually know the names of anyone who plays in the band, but I know they were in Talking Heads. I like keeping it anonymous, it’s more playful. So many bands after them sounded like Tom Tom Club. Once my friend was DJing and everything sounded like it was them.
