10. PhoenixWolfgang Amadeus Phoenix

I was seven or eight, and we were listening to this album in the car. I had a loose crown on my tooth and we had gone into this corner shop by my house, and my parents bought me a piece of Mackintosh’s Toffee. I was in the car and that song ‘Lasso’ was playing, and I bit down on it and it completely ripped my tooth out. I wasn’t in pain or anything, but blood was everywhere in the car and my parents were cleaning the back seat as the first Phoenix album was playing. I love that album – I also had their second album Bankrupt! on CD.
