He’s one of those singers that has a very fragile, high-pitched voice but it’s also so good – he’s such a good musician. His music is complex but you feel a naivety in it. I don’t know how to explain it. This record just brings me home, even the cover gives me a feeling. The whole record is amazing but I love ‘Maryan’ and ‘Free Will and Testament’, which is a very nice song about the paradox of free will, with a funny approach. He gives me this feeling of ‘ternura’ – tenderness, this easygoing feeling.
