Aaliyah is my favourite female artist ever. In the world. I have to put her in there. I can’t even give you my number one male artist. I could just give you all my best. But when it comes to the females, I can say she’s number one, easy. I don’t know man, I was fifteen, sixteen, maybe I was in love, I don’t know my g. I just know the way she touched me… I used to listen to Monica, there was Erykah Badu, Ashanti, TLC, Alicia Keys but Aaliyah, the way those songs hit me is different. It could be because it’s Timbaland on production I don’t know but for me, when I hear those tunes, it’s a lot man, it’s a lot.
