We're very happy to announce that the latest Rough Trade Records artist to be added to the bill for our 15th birthday fundraiser is caroline!

Their self-titled debut album was our record of the week back in February 2022, with Paddy Clarke praising it for the multitude of textures and influences, not to mention how it was, for him, a true balm in difficult times. It went on to be listed at number three in our best albums of 2022 chart.

The gig takes place at London's Electric Brixton on September 5, with the band joining the previously announced Lankum on the bill. We're hoping to announce more names in the coming weeks, but you can probably guess some of them (your first clue – it isn't Sleaford Mods) deploys eyes emoji – don't delay, take a punt. You can buy tickets here. All money raised will go towards making sure that tQ can continue into the next 15 years.
