GAIKA has a new album on the way.
Spanning 14 tracks, Drift marks the UK artist’s signing to Ninja Tune offshoot Big Dada, and centres around hip hop and club music while also folding in elements of ’90s grunge, dark wave, post-punk and alt-rock. To mark the album’s announcement, GAIKA has shared lead track ‘LADY’, which features bbymutha. You can listen to it above.
Drift marks GAIKA’s first full-length release since 2022’s War Island OST project, which was produced to soundtrack his installation of the same name at London’s ICA.
