Tresor has added a second wave of names to the lineup for its upcoming two-month festival, Tresor31: Techno, Berlin und die große Freiheit.
The event, which will mark 31 years of the legendary Berlin techno institution, kicks off early next month, and Objekt, Underground Resistance, Powder and JASS are among the latest DJ additions to the bill. DJ Stingray 313, Neil Landstrumm, Kangding Ray and Ectomorph are newly scheduled to play live sets, while DJ Python and Anthony Naples have been billed for a b2b DJ set.
Also among the latest additions to the lineup is a showcase by Berlin record shop Hard Wax, and a free-to-attend discourse programme that will include a talk by musician and writer DeForrest Brown Jr., and a panel on Berlin’s clubbing landscape.
Regis, Helena Hauff, RP Boo, Moritz von Oswald, Donato Dozzy, Giant Swan and Blackhaine were among the names that were included in Tresor31’s first lineup announcement last month. The festival will take in club nights, live concerts art installations, talks and an exhibition, with the programme set to spread out across Tresor’s main club floor, as well as its Globus, OHM and Kraftwerk spaces. The exhibotion will explore the Tresor’s famed history via archive material, oral histories and sound-based installations.
