Three Haruomi Hosono Albums Debut On Streaming Services

Two albums, 'omni Sight Seeing' and 'MEDICINE COMPILATION', are also being reissued on vinyl by Light In The Attic

Three Haruomi Hosono albums have been made available on streaming platforms for the first time.

Hana Ni Mizu (Watering A Flower) (1984), omni Sight Seeing (1989) and MEDICINE COMPILATION (1993) are the three albums by the Yellow Magic Orchestra founding member that have been put up on streaming services, with the latter two having been newly remastered by Yoshinori Sunahara, who previously handled a recent series of Yellow Magic Orchestra reissues. Watering A Flower, a cult favourite in Hosono’s solo discography, comprises music that he produced for Japanese retailer MUJI.

In addition to those three albums coming to streaming platforms, new vinyl editions of omni Sight Seeing and MEDICINE COMPILATION are being made available via Light In The Attic on December 4.
