Joni Mitchell has launched a series of archival releases.

The Joni Mitchell Archives gets underway next month with the release of Live At Canterbury House, Early Joni and Archives Volume 1: The Early Years (1963-1967) on vinyl.

Live At Canterbury House takes in the recording of a previously unreleased performance by Mitchell at the UK venue in 1967. Tracks such as 'Chelsea Morning', 'Come To The Sunshine' and 'I Had A King' all cropped up on the tracklist for that performance.

Early Joni, meanwhile, takes in some of the earliest known live recordings of Mitchell. Captured when she was aged just 19, the recording was unreleased until now.

The final of the three early releases in the archival series, Archives Volume 1: The Early Years (1963-1967), arrives as a box set that features nearly six hours of unreleased home, live and radio recordings.

Rhino Records will release Live At Canterbury House, Early Joni and Archives Volume 1: The Early Years (1963-1967) on October 30, 2020.
