'Cannibal' is lifted from the Sigur Rós frontman's forthcoming solo album

Jónsi has shared a brand new track that features guest vocals from Cocteau Twins' Elizabeth Fraser.

Titled 'Cannibal', it's the third track to be unveiled from the Sigur Rós frontman's forthcoming solo album, Shiver. You can watch a video for the track above.

"When Sigur Rós was starting, we were always compared to Cocteau Twins and I really didn't like that. I hated being compared to anybody," Jónsi says. "Then I got really into Cocteau Twins like two or three years ago. They're so good. I understood the comparison then."

Shiver follows on from Jónsi's 2010 debut solo album, Go, and is co-produced by the Sigur Rós frontman and PC Music's A. G. Cook.

Robyn also provides guest vocals on Shiver, which was originally announced in June with lead track 'Swill'.

Krunk will release Shiver on October 2, 2020.
