Paul Simon – The Rhythm Of The Saints
My father introduced me to Paul Simon, I grew up on Paul Simon. He is one of the best songwriters that I can think of. I learned to harmonise by singing along with him, because he doesn’t tend to put the harmonies in the songs, the harmonies are implied; there’s very obvious vocal harmonies that are not recorded.

This is my go-to of his albums. Not many of the albums that I listen to are necessarily joyful, but this is filled with movement, it’s filled with rhythm, and there’s something very freeing about it. I listen to it a lot when I clean my house, it’s very motivating.
