Following the announcement late last month of a new EP from Burial on Hyperdub, the two-track release is now available to buy.
It features ‘Claustro’, which was previously premiered by Mary Anne Hobbs on her BBC Radio 6 Music show and ‘State Forest’, a stripped-back and previously unheard ambient cut. The EP marks the first solo record from Burial since 2017 when he released another two-tracker on Nonplus Records. He also released ‘Rodent’ earlier that same year on Hyperdub and put out a collaborative record with Kevin Martin as Flame 1 in 2018. You can hear both new tracks in full just below.
