Rick Smith and Karl Hyde have announced the conclusion of their year long experiment of releasing new music every Thursday to a close with a new album… this October.
DRIFT SONGS, their first LP since Barbara, Barbara We Face A Shining Future in 2016, will be released on 25 October when the series will have reached the grand old age of 52 weeks. The pair have also just released new single ‘Soniamode (Aditya Game Version)’ which you can listen to above. The single is an "extended and reframed version of a track originally released as part of DRIFT Episode 2: ATOM. This new version features additional lyrics from writer Aditya Chakrabortty".
As if this isn’t enough, the veteran stadium techno act have also announced new live shows including a date at Wembley Arena on December 7 (tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday).
