The last of our highlights series from this year's Supernormal Festival sees us bring you video from Japanese psych/pop duo Pikacyu*Makoto.

The pairing of Acid Mothers Temple's Kawabata Makoto and Afrirampo's Pikacyu comes following a long-lasting alliance between the two bands of which the two are a part, with an album having been released under the name of Acid Mothers Afrirampo back in 2005.

Moving away from their respective bands though and coming together to pair Pikacyu's drums and vocals, and Makoto's guitar through a series of ongoing live collaborations, the set above, recorded by IMPATV at Supernormal in Oxfordshire last month, finds them on fine form powering through material from their recent Galaxilympics record released on Upset The Rhythm, as well as other collaborative tracks.
