La Route du Rock have announced six new names for their 27th summer edition, taking place this 17-20 August in the French City of Saint-Malo.

Leading the way on the new announcement are Future Islands, who are touring upcoming fifth album The Far Field, the ever-acclaimed Arab Strap, and a DJ set from Helena Hauff.

Also new to the bill are Milan's electronic duo Tale Of Us, Californian shoegazers Froth, and Brighton post-punk outfit Cold Pumas.

They join the likes of PJ Harvey, Interpol and The Jesus And Mary Chain on a stellar lineup. For more the full list and more info on La Route du Rock click here.
