Kraftwerk – Die Mensch-Maschine
When I was young I was really obsessed with Kraftwerk. Mensch-Maschine is my favourite album by them, though I'm not sure why. I've always preferred the German versions to the English ones. It's maybe not the most interesting in the Kraftwerk discography, but it's just full of great songs and I love that. The best one in my opinion is 'Neonlicht'. The songwriting is really good, full of proper stories, a quality you wouldn't necessarily expect on such an electronic album. That's what makes it stand out – it's a great collection of songs.
