Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood will team up with Israeli composer Shye Ben Tzur and Indian ensemble Rajasthan Express for a performance of their ‘Junun’ collaboration at this year’s Le Guess Who? in Utrecht.
Closing the festival, the performance will take place around one year after their first meeting inside a 15th century Mehrangarh fort in Rajasthan, India. The three have performed sparingly since with shows taking place at London’s Barbican Hall and the Jerusalem Sacred Music Festival recently.
The show at Le Guess Who? will mark one of their first, select performances since these dates. Le Guess Who? takes place across multiple venues in Utrecht from November 10-13. This year’s festival will also see sets from Swans, Dinosaur Jr and Patty Waters, as well as bills curated by Wilco, Savages, Julia Holter and Suuns.
