Yaws will soon release a new EP on the brand new Purely Physical label and above you can check out a track from it, entitled ‘Free’, right now.
The track opens the new 12” which marks the label’s first release. The label says that it will be directing “its energies into the unknown, and embracing the musical oddities that loom the modern world.” Yaws is an Australian-born, London-based producer exploring the noisier elements of electronic music as can be heard in the track above.
He will be performing live for the EP’s launch at the Waiting Room on June 9 with support from Helm, Tarquin Manek, Laila Sakini and Agatha. You can get tickets for that show here. The Doubt EP is out soon.
