Incubate to take place across three events this year

Incubate in Tilburg is a favourite of tQ’s in the festival calendar and this year it is taking on a new form with organisers announcing that in 2016, attendees will be able to enjoy three weekends of action rather than the single week over which past festivals have taken place.

The first of this year’s events wil take place over one weekend in May with Michael Rother and Nurse With Wound sitting at the top of the bill. Also announced are Wolf Eyes, Aluk Todolo, Nordvargr, Varg, Conan, Hang The Bastard, Arpanet, Mantar, Prince Rama, Nap Eyes, Paws, Tacocat, Naked Wolf, Dirk Serries and many more.

A bigger festival is set to follow in September and Incubate will complete their year of events over one weekend in December. “We are very proud to have built such a great festival over the years, but it was time for something new,” said artistic director Vincent Koreman. “Spreading the festival over multiple weekends throughout the year, gives us the chance to anticipate interesting developments and to book more relevant artists and acts.”

The first event takes place from May 13-15. To get tickets and check the full line-up, click here.
